Classic Sauna Sessions
A revitalising 45-minute session combining the deep heat of the sauna with an invigorating cold plunge. This contrast therapy boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and leaves you feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and recharged.


The Warmth Within: A Signature Sauna Meditation
A deeply nourishing sauna experience that invites you to soften, surrender, and reconnect. In this 30-minute session we blend meditation with sound healing, so the heat becomes the teacher, melting tension, quieting the mind, and opening space within the body, amplifying the saunaās natural detoxifying and grounding effects. Let the vibrations guide you inward as you rest in blissful stillness.
Perfect for recharging between festival adventures or closing the day feeling centred, calm, and restored.
Primal Chill: Holotropic Breathwork & Cold Plunge Workshop
(Cold-plunge only)
This 30-minute session combines holotropic breathwork and guided meditation to awaken the nervous system, release stored tension, and prepare both mind and body for the ice-cold plunge. Through intentional breathing, youāll access altered states of awareness that build resilience, clarity, and presence. Weāll then gently transition into a grounding meditation designed to help you enter the ice with calm focus, trust, and control.
Expect to leave feeling clear, energized, and powerfully alive.
