Please arrive 10 minutes before your session begins so you can get ready for your session start time.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled sauna session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Reschedules requested less than 48 hours before the session will be treated as a late cancellation.
  • Please arrive on time for your session.
  • Late arrivals will likely have their session shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and no partial refunds will be issued.
