Rebalance your body and mind with a 25-minute hot and cold therapy session, brought to you by The Wild Spa Group at the The Secret Campout.

Enjoy the soothing warmth of our wood-fired outdoor sauna, then awaken your senses with an invigorating cold plunge in our refreshing plunge baths.

This powerful combination of heat and cold helps boost circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and support recovery—leaving you feeling refreshed, recharged, and deeply relaxed.

Step outside, breathe in the fresh festival air, and experience the perfect blend of music, wellness, and nature.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session begins so you can get ready for your session start time.

You will need to sign our Liability Waiver.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled sauna session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Reschedules requested less than 48 hours before the session will be treated as a late cancellation.
  • Please arrive on time for your session.
  • Late arrivals will likely have their session shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and no partial refunds will be issued.

We understand that emergencies can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible — we may offer flexibility at our discretion in genuine cases.
